Interim Senior Planner, Principal Planner & Team Leader Opportunities
East Midlands | 6-Month Initial Contract | Hybrid Working (1 Day Per Week in the Office)
I'm currently working with a number of Local Authority clients across the East Midlands who are looking to appoint experienced Senior Planners, Principal Planners and Team Leaders on an interim basis.
These are excellent opportunities to join well-established Development Management teams dealing with a varied and interesting caseload of applications, ranging from complex minor developments through to major schemes and strategic projects. Initial contracts are for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. Similar interim opportunities in the region are commonly offered on 4–6 month terms with scope to extend.

We're keen to speak with planners who have:
- Recent UK Local Authority Development Management experience
- Experience managing a varied planning caseload
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation
- Committee experience (Senior/Principal level)
- Leadership or mentoring experience (Team Leader roles)
