A Nottinghamshire based Local Authority is seeking an experienced planning professional join the team on an initial 3-month contract.

You'll be picking up a number of strategic site applications that are already in progress, progressing them efficiently, and preparing high-quality committee reports.

You'll be expected to attend project meetings with applicants, agents, and consultants, and keep managers regularly updated on progress.

While initial site visits are essential, there's no requirement for regular office attendance - this role is designed to offer flexibility and autonomy.
