Up to £70 per hour - After Tax and NI - £6,500 - for 12 months its £78k in your pocket or £134k pro rata.
12 Month Rolling Contract

I'm currently working with a Local Authority in Surrey that is looking to appoint an experienced Principal Planning Officer to support their Development Management team on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior planner seeking exposure to high-profile and complex projects, with a particular focus on:

Major planning applications and strategic development schemes and preparing and presenting committee reports,Managing planning appeals and Public Inquiries and working upto schemes over 450 units.
