  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary design and technical teams.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally possess:

  • MRTPI chartered status.
  • Significant experience within either consultancy or the private sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and planning policy.
  • A proven track record of managing projects and client relationships.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and supporting colleagues.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-related bonus.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • Clear pathway towards Director-level progression.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Supportive, collaborative, and employee-focused culture.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile and nationally significant projects.
  • Professional development and continued investment in your career.

If you are looking for a role where you can influence major developments, grow your leadership profile, and join a consultancy renowned for quality, innovation, and people-focused values, we would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you in confidence.
