The Role
- Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals.
- Providing planning advice to a range of private and public sector clients.
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders and consultants.
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research.
- Supporting project delivery from inception through to determination.
About You
- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
- Previous experience within a consultancy, developer, local authority or planning environment.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
