An award-winning and fast-growing development consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior, Associate or Associate Director to join its Manchester-based team.
The business specialises in town planning, development surveying and socio-economics across the UK, with a strong reputation in large-scale residential-led regeneration and new settlements. With continued growth and several new hires planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative consultancy with clear progression opportunities.
You’ll work on major residential and regeneration projects across the UK, including strategic urban extensions, garden villages, city centre living schemes and mixed-use developments.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-profile development projects, working closely with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams. Depending on level, responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects and client relationships
- Leading development consultancy workstreams
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Providing strategic planning and development advice
- Contributing to business growth and project delivery
At Associate and Associate Director level, you’ll also be expected to demonstrate experience leading projects end-to-end, managing larger teams and helping develop client accounts.

- Senior: £37,000 – £46,000
- Associate: £46,000 – £58,000
- Associate Director: £58,000 – £68,000

About You
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Residential development experience essential
- Degree in Planning, Surveying or Housing
- RTPI or RICS accreditation preferred
- Strong analytical, written and communication skills
- Commercially aware and solution-focused
- Comfortable managing clients and project workstreams
Location
Applicants should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester, including the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire or the North Midlands, or be willing to relocate. Projects are UK-wide.
