We’re working with a well-established and growing planning consultancy in South Yorkshire that’s looking to bring in a motivated Graduate Planner to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone with up to a year of experience) to kickstart their career in a supportive environment where professional development is genuinely prioritised.
The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll be involved in:
- Assisting with planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Preparing reports and supporting senior planners
- Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders
- Monitoring policy changes and local development plans
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree level in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Working towards (or keen to work towards) RTPI accreditation
- A strong communicator with excellent written skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passionate about shaping sustainable communities
