Projects range from early feasibility advice and planning applications through to appeals, public consultation, and Environmental Impact Assessments.
The Opportunity
As Senior Planner, you will take ownership of projects from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
You will:
- Manage planning applications and appeals
- Undertake Housing Land Supply (HLS) assessments
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients
- Lead projects day-to-day with increasing autonomy
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
- Work alongside specialists across planning, design, and property disciplines
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone looking to step into a broader, more commercially exposed senior position.
About You
You are likely to be:
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards final stages)
- 5+ years within private planning consultancy
- Experienced across a range of project types
- Strong in planning applications and appeals
- Comfortable managing clients and projects directly
- Ambitious and keen to progress your career
