Senior / Principal Planner (MRTPI) – Central London
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-profile projects, they are looking to appoint a talented MRTPI-qualified Planner to join their Central London team.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams. Depending on your level, you’ll also contribute to business development and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting on a wide range of planning applications and appeals
- Providing strategic planning advice to high-profile clients
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Preparing reports, planning statements, and site appraisals
- Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
- Supporting business development initiatives
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving)
- Experience gained within a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
