East Midlands | Hybrid Working | £55,000 – £65,000+

Are you an experienced planning professional ready to step into a leadership role with real progression? The Role:
As Associate Director, you’ll play a key role in both project delivery and team leadership. Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with clients and industry contacts to generate new opportunities
  • Leading on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, from smaller schemes through to major developments
  • Representing projects at planning committees, hearings, and public inquiries
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery
  • Driving forward strategic land promotion work, including involvement in Local Plan examinations
  • Developing planning strategies to overcome challenges and achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including cross-selling services
  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the business
