The Role
You’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and strategic land. The role offers real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to play a key part in shaping developments from early strategy through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to decision
- Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
- Preparing high-quality reports, statements, and submissions
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
- Supporting junior team members (Senior Planner level)
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
- Experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
