The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
• Manage a variety of planning applications and projects
• Provide strategic planning advice to clients
• Prepare planning appraisals, reports and planning statements
• Work closely with clients, local authorities and consultants
• Support junior planners and contribute to team development
• Play a key role in the successful delivery of projects
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Experience working within private sector town planning consultancy or a relevant planning environment
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and client relationships
• RTPI membership (or working towards)
