The Role:
- Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
- Undertake site appraisals and contribute to planning strategies.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality written advice and reports.
- Support senior colleagues on larger projects while gaining responsibility for your own caseload.
Requirements:
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
- 1–3 years’ post-graduate experience within consultancy or local authority.
- A solid understanding of the UK planning system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
