I am working with a Local Authority in the North of England who are who urgently need an experienced S-106 Officer to support their team on an initial 9-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to assist with this skill gap and support the service.
 
The Role:
  • As the Senior Officer, you will be responsible for To maintain the Register of Section 106 Agreements and proactively monitor the agreements to ensure that the provisions within them are recorded and enacted efficiently.
  • To develop, implement and enhance Section 106 processes.
  • To maintain an up-to-date register of Section 106 Agreements ensuring accurate input to relevant software systems.
  • Take a proactive role in monitoring of trigger points, including monitoring commencement notices, site monitoring and working with other Council departments to identify commencement and trigger dates
 
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 6 months months initially
  • Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (umbrella)
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Working pattern: Fully Remote, with the option to be on site also.
