🔹 The Role:

As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering planning strategies and managing projects across a diverse portfolio of developments. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing planning applications and appeals from inception through to determination

• Preparing planning appraisals, reports, and strategic advice for clients

• Working closely with developers, landowners, and stakeholders

• Supporting junior planners and contributing to team development

• Engaging with local authorities and key consultees to achieve successful outcomes

🔹 What My Client Is Looking For:

• MRTPI-qualified (or working towards) Town Planner

• Strong UK planning experience within consultancy or local authority

• Proven experience managing planning applications and client relationships

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
