I am currently working in partnership with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary planning consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, who are looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing East Midlands team.

The Role

As Senior Planner, you will:

• Lead and manage a variety of planning applications and appeals
• Provide strategic planning advice to clients
• Prepare high-quality reports, statements, and submissions
• Manage client relationships and attend site meetings
• Mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development initiatives

You will have the autonomy to run your own projects while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Proven experience within a consultancy or local authority environment
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy
• Commercial awareness and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
