We’re partnering with a respected independent planning advisory practice based in London, known for its practical, commercially focused approach to navigating the UK planning system. • Prepare high-quality planning submissions, statements, and evidence-based reports tailored to project and client objectives.
• Engage with local authorities, statutory consultees, and stakeholders to progress applications and advocate for positive outcomes.
• Advise clients on UK planning policy, land promotion, placemaking, appeals, and environmental impact considerations.
• Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive working culture.
About You
You will ideally have:
• A degree in Town or Urban Planning (or related discipline).
• Full or near-completion membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
• A solid track record (typically 4–8+ years) in a planning consultancy, local authority or developer environment.
• Strong technical writing, negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

This is more than just a job — it’s a platform to develop your career in a friendly, supportive environment where:
• You’ll work directly with experienced leaders who value clarity, creativity and commercial rigour.
