Town Planners – Planner to Associate Level

An ambitious and growing planning consultancy is looking to strengthen its Dublin team with the appointment of Planners, Senior Planners and Associates.
With a strong and expanding pipeline of work across residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic development projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially driven practice that values initiative, autonomy and high-quality client service.

The Roles
Depending on your level of experience, you will:
- Prepare and manage planning applications and appeals
- Undertake site appraisals, development strategy work and planning research
- Draft high-quality planning reports and supporting documentation
- Liaise directly with clients, local authorities and statutory consultees
- Manage projects independently (Senior/Associate level)
- Support business development and client relationship growth (Associate level)
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative but commercially focused team environment.
About You
- Relevant degree in Town Planning or related discipline
- Already Chartered or working towards chartered status (level dependent)
- Experience within consultancy or local authority
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Commercial awareness and ambition to progress
For Associate-level candidates, an established or developing client network and interest in supporting business growth would be advantageous.
