Chartered Town Planner | London | Leading Planning Consultancy
I’m currently working on behalf of a highly regarded, independent planning consultancy in London that is looking to appoint a Chartered Planner (MRTPI) to join its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, design-led consultancy with an outstanding reputation across London and the South East. The practice is known for delivering commercially astute, creative planning strategies across residential, mixed-use, regeneration and strategic land projects.
The Role
As a Chartered Planner, you will:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications and appeals
- Provide clear, commercially focused planning advice to a wide range of private and public sector clients
- Prepare planning statements, site appraisals and representations
- Manage client relationships and attend meetings with local authorities and stakeholders
- Contribute to business development and help mentor junior team members
You’ll have real autonomy, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-profile London schemes.
About You
- MRTPI qualified
- Experience within a planning consultancy or developer environment
- Strong knowledge of the London planning system
- Confident project manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
