I’m currently working with a well-regarded local authority that is looking to appoint a Planning Development Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive council environment and play a key leadership role in delivering a diverse range of development projects.
Planning Development Manager: This role will focus on leading and managing the Development Management team, overseeing the processing of planning applications and supporting the enforcement function. You will lead a team of planning professionals while ensuring statutory planning services remain efficient and high performing. You will also play a key role representing the Council at meetings and acting as a primary contact for stakeholder engagement.
