The council is looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to lead on the assessment and determination of complex and major planning applications within statutory timescales. Proven experience of working at Principal Planning Officer level within a local authority is needed for this position.

·Hourly rate - approx. £50 per hour
·Local Authority experience.
