Senior Town Planner
📍 Bristol | 💼 Permanent | 💰 £40,000 – £55,000 DOE
An established and growing planning consultancy in Bristol is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to support the delivery of a strong and varied project pipeline across the South West and beyond.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner who is comfortable managing their own workload and contributing to project leadership within a collaborative consultancy environment.
The Role

Managing planning applications from inception through to determination

Providing high-quality planning advice to a range of private sector clients

Leading projects and coordinating inputs from internal and external teams

Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultees

Mentoring junior planners and contributing to team development
About You

MRTPI qualified
-
Proven experience within a consultancy or local authority planning role
-
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
-
Confident report writer with strong client-facing skills
-
Proactive, commercially aware, and keen to progress
