The Role
As an Associate Director, you will take a senior leadership role within the London planning team, providing strategic advice and direction across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be instrumental in client management, project delivery, team development, and the continued growth of the consultancy’s London presence.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing major planning projects from inception to determination

Providing high-level, strategic planning advice to a diverse client base

Managing key client relationships and supporting business development

Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level planners
-
Representing the consultancy at meetings, hearings, and stakeholder engagements
About You

MRTPI qualified
-
Significant experience within consultancy and/or local authority planning
-
Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
-
Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
-
Ambitious, proactive, and confident operating at a senior level
