MRTPI Planner – London
As a specialist recruiter working across the planning and development sector, I’m partnering with a well-established planning consultancy that is looking to appoint an MRTPI Planner to join their growing London team.
This role is ideal for a qualified planner who is looking to broaden their project exposure, work with high-profile clients, and progress within a supportive and commercially minded environment.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support a variety of planning applications across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
- Prepare planning statements, supporting documents, and appeal submissions
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor planning policy and contribute to site appraisals and strategy work
- Play an active role in project delivery from inception through determination
About You
My client is keen to speak with candidates who have:
- MRTPI qualification
- Solid experience within UK planning (public or private sector)
- A good understanding of the London planning landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach to client-facing work
