Senior Planner
Location: Colchester | Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
A well-established UK planning consultancy is seeking a Senior Planner to join its expanding team. You will support the delivery of a range of residential and mixed-use projects, working alongside experienced professionals on high-profile developments across England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with planning applications, appeals, and policy work
- Supporting strategic and development management planning projects
- Coordinating planning inputs for private and public sector clients
- Preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders
About You
- RTPI accredited with progress towards Chartered Membership
- At least 1 year of post-graduate planning experience
- Experience in residential and/or mixed-use developments
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
