Are you an ambitious MRTPI Planner (or soon-to-be chartered) looking to take the next step in your planning career? We’re working with a leading London-based planning consultancy that’s expanding its dynamic team due to a strong project pipeline across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The Role
As a Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Greater London and the South East. You’ll work closely with senior team members, liaise with clients and local authorities, and contribute to successful planning applications from inception to determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and policy representations
- Conduct site appraisals and research planning policy frameworks
- Engage with clients, design teams, and local planning authorities
- Support senior planners and associates in project delivery
- Contribute to the preparation of design and access statements and planning reports
About You:
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation)
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Confident client-facing skills and collaborative approach
