We’re working with a leading consultancy who are seeking a Senior Planner to join their growing Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across the region, working with a diverse range of clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role:
As a Senior Planner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a variety of planning applications from inception through to determination
- Preparing and submitting planning statements, policy reviews, and appeals
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (MRTPI qualified or working towards it)
- Possesses strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
- Has excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Is confident managing multiple projects and client relationships
