🔎 The Role:

You’ll take ownership of a variety of planning projects, supporting clients ranging from landowners and developers to local authorities and institutions. This is a well-rounded role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and client engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

  • Conducting site appraisals and providing planning advice

  • Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation

  • Engaging with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities

  • Supporting and mentoring junior planners where appropriate

  • Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Town Planning or related field

  • MRTPI (or close to chartership)

  • 2–5+ years of experience in planning (consultancy or local authority)

  • Confident communicator with strong report-writing and presentation skills

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects
