🔎 The Role:
You’ll take ownership of a variety of planning projects, supporting clients ranging from landowners and developers to local authorities and institutions. This is a well-rounded role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and client engagement.
Key responsibilities:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Conducting site appraisals and providing planning advice

Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation

Engaging with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities

Supporting and mentoring junior planners where appropriate

Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Town Planning or related field
-
MRTPI (or close to chartership)
-
2–5+ years of experience in planning (consultancy or local authority)
-
Confident communicator with strong report-writing and presentation skills
-
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects
