This is a fantastic opportunity for a planner with a solid understanding of the UK planning system who’s ready to take the next step in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
🔎 The Role:
As a key member of the planning team, you’ll work on a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors – from strategic land promotion to detailed planning applications and appeals. You'll liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, helping deliver high-quality planning outcomes that shape sustainable, thriving communities.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals

Providing planning advice to clients and internal teams

Carrying out site appraisals and feasibility assessments

Engaging with local authorities and attending consultations

Contributing to business development and client relationship management
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
-
MRTPI or working towards chartership
-
1–5 years’ experience in a planning role (consultancy or public sector)

Strong communication and report-writing skills
-
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
