Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for more flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on a diverse project portfolio?

We're working with a well-established planning consultancy that’s looking to expand its team with a Remote Town Planner. With a strong pipeline of residential, mixed-use, and regeneration projects across London and the South East, this role is ideal for someone who is MRTPI qualified and wants to continue developing professionally in a supportive and agile environment.

While the role is fully remote, our client is ideally looking for someone based in the London/South East region, due to the geographic focus of their projects and occasional site or client visits.

🔍 The Role:

• Manage and deliver a range of planning applications and appeals

• Advise clients on planning strategy and policy

• Prepare planning statements, design and access statements, and coordinate application documentation

• Attend occasional site visits, client meetings, or local authority meetings (typically in London/South East)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• MRTPI qualified (essential)

• Experience working in either consultancy or local authority planning teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Based in or able to travel within the London/South East region when needed
