The Role
As Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Leading on complex projects and managing client relationships.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to develop their skills.
- Contributing to business development, securing new opportunities, and growing the practice’s presence in Yorkshire and beyond.
- Providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base, from private developers to local authorities.
About You
We’re looking for a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with:
- Proven experience delivering successful planning outcomes, ideally within consultancy.
- A strong network and commercial awareness, with confidence in winning and managing work.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
- A genuine passion for shaping places and contributing to sustainable growth in and around York.
