Our client, a well-respected planning consultancy in the Midlands, is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their Nottingham office. 🔹 About the Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

Lead on planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors

Provide expert planning advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Contribute to strategic planning projects and business development initiatives

Mentor and support junior team members

Work closely with local authorities, developers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:

MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)

Proven experience in town planning, ideally at Senior Planner level or ready to step up

Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policy

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

A motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
