The Role
As a Planner, you will:
- Lead and support on a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial to regeneration and mixed-use schemes.
- Deliver high-quality planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers.
- Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.
- Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Play a key role in business growth through maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or on the cusp of chartership with support available).
- Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative and commercially aware professional who thrives in a consultancy environment.
