About the Role
As a Chartered Town Planner, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects, from urban regeneration and residential developments to commercial and mixed-use schemes. You will:
- Lead on planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to business development opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who can hit the ground running. You will have:
- Full MRTPI (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute) chartership.
- Proven experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
