Are you an MRTPI-qualified Planner looking to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking private consultancy? We are working in partnership with a highly regarded planning consultancy in the North West, who are expanding their team due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
- Work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers.
- Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and policy representations.
- Engage confidently with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through excellent client service and professional expertise.
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership with support available).
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and development management processes.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, client-focused attitude.
