Our client, is currently seeking a range of Town Planners at various different levels to join their town planning team's across development managment, Planning Policy and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing planning applications from inception to completion
  • Providing expert advice on development management and town planning matters
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with planning regulations
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to facilitate sustainable development
  • Reviewing and assessing planning proposals and applications
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management and external parties
  • Mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in planning legislation and policies


Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of current planning laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage complex planning applications and projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed planning reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant degree in town planning or a related discipline
