We're working exclusively with a prestigious, independent planning consultancy with a national reputation and a stellar project portfolio across the capital. Due to continued growth and a consistently strong pipeline of high-profile schemes, they are now looking to bring an experienced Senior Town Planner into their collaborative, forward-thinking team.

What You'll Be Doing:



Leading on planning applications, appeals, and strategic planning advice

Managing projects from inception through to determination

Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and providing expert client-facing advice

Supporting junior planners and contributing to team development

Navigating high-level planning policy and delivering commercially focused solutions

What We're Looking For:



MRTPI qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK-based planning experience

A background in consultancy, developer or client-side planning

Excellent understanding of the London planning landscape and policy

Proven experience managing applications and stakeholder engagement

Ambition, commercial acumen, and the confidence to lead high-value projects
