The Role

As a Senior Planner, you will:

• Take the lead on managing and delivering a variety of planning projects across the South West.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients, developers, and landowners.
• Prepare, submit, and oversee complex planning applications and appeals.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Play a key role in supporting business development and winning new work.

About You

• MRTPI qualified with proven post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record in managing planning projects within consultancy or local authority.
• Excellent report-writing, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
• Ambitious and motivated, with a collaborative approach to work.
