The Role

As a Planner, you will:

• Lead and support on a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial to regeneration and mixed-use schemes.
• Deliver high-quality planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers.
• Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
• Play a key role in business growth through maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or on the cusp of chartership with support available).
• Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative and commercially aware professional who thrives in a consultancy environment.
