We're working with a North West-based local authority that's looking to bring an experienced Policy Planner on board. This could be on a part-time, project basis or as a full-time Principal Policy Officer, depending on your experience.

The team is focusing on site appraisals, strategic land viability, and progressing key planning projects. They need someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.

The role is offered on a 3-month rolling contract with an attractive rate of £45-£50 per hour.

Flexible and remote working arrangements are available. Local candidates are preferred, but for the right person, location isn't a barrier.
