What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading on a variety of planning projects, from initial strategy through to submission and appeal
  • Providing planning advice to a diverse client base including major developers, estates, landowners, and private individuals
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications, site appraisals, and development strategies
  • Developing and managing client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Staying informed on relevant policy and legislative changes

About You
  • MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving chartered status)
  • Strong experience in planning consultancy or a similar private sector environment
  • Able to manage projects and client relationships independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially aware, with confidence in business development and work generation
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others
