What You'll Be Doing- Leading on a variety of planning projects, from initial strategy through to submission and appeal
- Providing planning advice to a diverse client base including major developers, estates, landowners, and private individuals
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, site appraisals, and development strategies
- Developing and managing client relationships and contributing to business development
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Staying informed on relevant policy and legislative changes

About You- MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving chartered status)
- Strong experience in planning consultancy or a similar private sector environment
- Able to manage projects and client relationships independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially aware, with confidence in business development and work generation
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others
