Location: Leeds | Hybrid Working | Full-time



A respected multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a talented Associate Director to join its growing Development & Infrastructure Planning team in Leeds.

The Opportunity

As Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role-working across a wide range of high-profile projects such as residential and mixed-use schemes, logistics hubs, major infrastructure developments, data centres, airports, and retail. You'll provide strategic guidance, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape the continued growth of the business through project delivery and client development.



What We're Looking For
  • MRTPI-qualified with strong experience in consultancy.
  • Proven background in large-scale planning projects, including infrastructure and EIA.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of winning and delivering profitable work.
  • Comfortable with project leadership, stakeholder negotiation and mentoring.
  • A strategic thinker with deep sector knowledge and a collaborative mindset.
