 About the Company:

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice across the South West and beyond. With a growing pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, they’re keen to invest in the next generation of planning talent.

 The Role:

As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior planners and directors, gaining hands-on experience across the planning lifecycle—from research and site appraisals to preparing planning applications and attending client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting planning applications, appeals, and site assessments
• Conducting research and policy analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and client documentation
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other consultants

 What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI accredited)
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn
• Ideally some work placement or internship experience in planning (not essential)
