We are supporting a nationally recognised planning and architecture practice known for delivering creative, commercially sound solutions across sectors including residential, commercial, education, and regeneration.



What You'll Do:
  • Manage planning applications, appeals, and appraisals from inception to determination.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to steer planning strategies and negotiations.
  • Prepare high-quality written reports and planning documentation.
  • Support project teams with expert planning insight across multidisciplinary schemes.




What We're Looking For:
  • MRTPI Chartered Planner with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and collaborative attitude.
