Associate Town Planner | Bristol
I'm working with a growing planning consultancy in Bristol who are looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner to join their established team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an excellent pipeline of work, a strong client base and an ambitious growth strategy.
The consultancy works across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use and large-scale strategic developments.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and manage a variety of complex planning projects.
- Provide strategic planning advice to developers, landowners and investors.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
- Support and mentor junior members of the planning team.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the consultancy.
What We're Looking For:
- MRTPI qualified.
- Solid experience within a planning consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of planning policy and development management.
- Experience managing projects and client relationships.
- Commercially aware with the confidence to take ownership of projects.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior planners would be beneficial.
The Package:
- Salary circa £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
