6-Month Rolling Contract | Hybrid Working | Flexible Start Date

We’re looking for an experienced Development Management Team Leader to join a Surrey-based local authority on an initial 6-month rolling contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior planning professional to take on a leadership role, managing a small team of four alongside another Team Leader, with flexible hybrid working and a competitive hourly rate of £60+.

The Details:

• Rate: £60+ per hour

• IR35 Status: Inside IR35

• Contract: Initial 6 months, rolling thereafter

• Location: Surrey

• Working Pattern: 1–2 days per week in the office, with the remainder worked remotely

• Team Structure: Managing a team of four alongside another Team Leader

• Start Date: Flexible — the authority can wait up to six weeks for the right candidate
