Town Planner – Planning Consultancy

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE

An established planning consultancy is looking to recruit a Town Planner to join its growing team.

The role will involve preparing planning applications, undertaking site appraisals and providing planning advice across a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous town planning experience, ideally within consultancy.
  • Good understanding of UK planning policy.
  • MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership is desirable.
