I’m working with a highly reputable consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Planner to join their team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional to work on a diverse range of projects, provide strategic planning advice and support clients in navigating the planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage planning applications across a varied project portfolio.
- Provide planning advice to clients and key stakeholders.
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants and developers.
- Support projects from initial assessment through to planning approval.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the wider team’s growth.
About You:
- Experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Good knowledge of the UK planning system and development process.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
