Principal Planning Officer | Midlands | 6-Month Contract

I am looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join a planning team in Midlands on an initial 12 month contract and can wait for 3 months for the right person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take on a major application caseload.

The role:
📍 Location: Midlands
⏳ Contract: 12 months
💷 Rate: £55 - £60 per hour – take home is £5,685
📅 Start: can wait till January for the right candidate
🏢 Attendance: Fortnightly office attendance
📋 Workload: Major planning application caseload

We’re looking for someone with:
Strong experience at Principal Planning Officer / Senior Planning Officer level
Proven experience handling major planning applications.
