My client is looking to source an experienced Principal Planner to support the delivery of major strategic development and regeneration projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale regeneration project, supporting strategic planning applications, masterplanning and the delivery of complex infrastructure and new communities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior planning and development colleagues, consultants and a range of external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of strategic planning permissions and consents for major development schemes.
- Contributing to area masterplans, design codes and proposals for future development phases.
